Hmm, he doesnt have a very high piercing or missile resistance though ... Balthazar's resistances:

Cold - 90
Electricity - 90
Fire - 90
Crushing - 10
Piercing - 10
Slashing - 10
Missile - 10
Magic - 90
Magic Fire - 90
Magic Cold - 90
Oh, and solar-stance not only knocks people back, but also has a sleep-effect,
Not sure if it has a saving throw or something.
