I used the Greater Whirlwind and Whirlwind attacks of my fighters, while the other three (I had Keldorn and Minsc in my party), were fighting against the minions she summoned. Sometimes they even fought with me. Using the Whirlwind attacks is very, very good, because it takes her down fairly quickly, and it will not make you go down in the FIRST fight...
