In any case, I suspect the latest official patch will fix it. www.bioware.com . Problem is the cutscene where you teleport sometimes glitches and you just stand there forever. Only happened to me once, and that was a fluke. Get the patch and see what happens.

Already killed Yaga-Shura. Was stomping around in Watcher's Keep.
But I'll get the latest patch from Bioware as you suggested and see what happens.
