When you import your party over, your XP will be set to 2950000, if you have less then that. If you have over 2950000, your XP will not change.

And dont worry about your NPCs. As Illumina stated, they will be imported with your protagonist, and as Legolas stated, you can transfer all the NPCs you want over to you in your planar stronghold. [img]smile.gif[/img]
