vhailors helmet for yourself (simulacrum 1/day) - extra fighter
(and any other item you can use - Ring of the ram etc.)
chain contingency with 3*Horrid Wilting (if Edwin has it)
Lots of summoned monsters
improved haste (and any other 'buff' spell you can think off)
Position the party on the 'weaker side' of the enemies and let the simularcrum and a few of the summoned monsters 'hold' the other side. Kill the three on your side (don't let the druid get her spells off) and work your way across.
