Extreme buff spells, overkill attack magic and insane fighters.
Use the portal to skip out between kills. Ive never been able to do this one in one go. Ever. I usualy start with the rightmost, weaker , targets and down them one at a time, skipping through the portal to rest and rememorise as i go. Leave the hive-mother and the marilith till last since they require breach and ruby ray to be effectively attacked.
