Nope, but there is the store function.
Minor Spell Sequencers, Spell Sequencers and Spell Triggers. People actually use it as a viable tactic to bring down Dragons. First they fire off a Spell Trigger with 3 Lower Resistances, than they start barraging it with Magic Missiles... ...
I prefer Flame Arrow though, more damage. A Spell Sequencer with 3 Flame Arrows is devastating to a single target.
