1)the question by the speaker for K.A.K he mentions the Kobolds prolific reproduction how do you plan to keep the population exlpotion under control for he is right no Druid i Know of would permit such a disruption to the balance
2) how do you justify the defending of the Kobold and fight for Kobold rights (who asside from unfounded unproven claims) has done nothing to aid socety in any way but can be sited on many occasion (that can be proven)where they have been disruptive to it when there are still highly functing and Beneficial members of society they are being disceimitated against

Questions are asked and questions shall be answered.
First in response to the questions of the prolific birth rate of Kobolds one can see that the solution has been present in history time and time again. Take any civilization that you wish from the pages of history and you will see that while they are a fledgling society trying to assert themselves birthrates are always remakably high. But as that society moves through the stages of development from nomadic, to agrigan, to industrialized, to civilized you can see that the rate of prolification drops dramatically. For example, A man and wife live on a farm and they may have 8 to 9 children who all contribute to the household, but if those children grow up educated and free to make their own decisions those who move to the cities may have fewer children, while those who enter the upper echelons of the bourgoise class and live in the suburbs may have less still. Is this because there is less food or room for them? No, it simply means that as success, acceptance and financial stability rise...the rate of prolification falls. So here at B.Y.O.B. we recognize the fact that our efforts to raise the Kobold out of the gutter and into productive positions in society are in fact the same efforts that will not only result in the curbing of the Kobold population but the enhancment of that populations productivity and contribution to society as well.
In answer to your second question regarding BYOB's choice of the Kobold to spearhead our "Demi-human Outreach and Uplift Program"...headed by none other than the widely respected Keraptisdm who is lauded throughout the Sword Coast for his wisdom and benevolence...We at BYOB are firm believers that there is no such thing as a monster. True there are races of beings all around our world that have the reputation for being...less than hospitable to travelers on the road...we believe this to be more a product of environment and upbringing than the less likely belief that there are hideous creatures bent on death and destruction from the cradle to the grave. So at BYOB we assume that the 'NURTURE' side of the arguement holds sway over the 'NATURE' opinion. After all, are not some of every race....Dwarven, Elf, Human and (Yes, even though the thought brings me personal pain) even Halflings...violent individuals bent on causing pain and discontent throughout the Sword Coast? Mullahey, Daveron, and a host of others of every race have tried repeatedly to plot against the Sword Coast by tainting our iron supply. Honestly, were it not for the constant vigilance of random adventuring parties that seem to swarm all over our Sword Coast who knows what sort of Havoc they would wreak. But I digress, If we were to remove the bad influences on Kobolds, educate them in our language and ways, instill programs that would create a more stable home lives, offer employment opportunities and...most importantly of all...remove the stigma that the Kobold is evil and worthless and smite bigotry throughout the Sword Coast. We would all see a Kobold society that would prosper and flourish culturally as well. For how many Kobold artists and poets have been thoughtlessly slaughtered by adventurers before they even knew how to wield a pen? If the voice of BYOB is heard and becomes the collective voice of all of those who claim themselves to be champions of what is good and right then there is no way that we, or the Kobold, can fail.
Finally, As a prominent voice in the BYOB movement I would like to make clear that although it seems that we do not always answer questions that the KAK poses in what could be considered a timely manner...I would like for the forum to consider one question from BYOB..."How long has it been since a member of KAK asked a question that has not already been answered in public forum by one of our many spokesbeings?" The tactic that KAK is trying to use is one of deception whose goal is to try and catch us in a slip of the tounge rather than prove or deny the validity of our policy. As a halfling in the Sword Coast, even one with such a prestigious name as Baggins, I face discrimination due to my size up and down the land. Even though I am an accomplished adventurer who has risen through the ranks and slain many hundreds upon hundreds of creatures single-handedly I am still faced with a constant barrage of short jokes. Now I am able to defend myself but there are others who do not have this ability and it is for those that I fight.
