Hello,
my main character weilds dual weapons (he's a paladin: I know, I know, Carsomyr! Silver Sword! Well, I'm thinking that the cumulative effects of the two weapons are still better). He switches between the purifier and the daystar in his main hand (finally gave-up on the wonderful Sword of Roses- if only the game could have upgraded it...maybe I'll cheat??), and another in his secondary hand. The question I have is whether the equalizer or the answerer would be most effective in this spot? Does anyone see one as clearly the superior over the other? I suppose that I might be making too big of a deal out of this, but I am curious to hear the wisdom of all ofthose BG weaponmasters out there.

p.s. Is anyone else even at all a bit, *perturbed*, by the fact that most of the really good weapons (in particular their upgrades) occur practically at the end of the series!!! Sure, after I've finished Sendai and Abzighal/whatever, then I'll have all this great equiptment for the last two, short, game areas. Whooppee-do-de-whoop! This is very disappointing to me (kind of like looking at a hospital T.V. behind the shoulders of a priest giving you your Last Rites and realizing that all f the numbers on your lottery ticket have just been pulled)!!!!!
