OK, there are three variables for each romance. One is a timer, either time to or time since the next/last dialogue. One is a counter and says which dialogue your on, and the last is a state variable which says whether the romance is alive or dead.
To speed it up identify the timer and which way it counts. IIRC its counts down, so set it to something small and it should work.
Or you could skip dialogues by interfering with the LOVETALK variable (the counter), but that way youll miss out on some dialogue and I woudnt recommend that.
AS an aside you can have *any* romance with *any* character class/race/gender by interfering with the state variable.
Also it probably easier to do this using the CLUAConsole (go to the ironworks homepage and find the bg2 cheats for details) or the pause method, wherby you load and pause the game then go to work, the timers still count while its paused.
