Fighter prof. slots: weapon: initial 4 / +1 per 3 levels
non-weapon initial 3 / +1 per 3 levels
Thief prof. slots: weapon: initial 2 / +1 per 4 levels
non-weapon initial 3 / +1 per 4 levels
Specialist attacks / round: figter level 9: 2/round melee weapon
3/2 light x-bow, 1/1 heavy x-bow, 4/1 thrown dagger, 5/1 thrown dart, 2/1 other (non-bow) missiles
As for stars: sorry but don't know exactly how that's counted in BGII/TOB
