Mr, er, Buttface, I find that hitting ESC four times let's me avoid the intro cinematics and opening logos leading to SoA/ToB. However, Interplay games have an irritating habit of disabling ESC directly after you install, to show you some....ugh...commercials. No way to get past that, short of running away from the screen.
