Yes, the BMU comes complete with the BMR + ammo. No extra component items needed to forge those.

Yea, that's a thing that always amazed me too. How in the Nine Hells can three 1st level adventurer wannabees succeed, or even survive, where a six-person party of 20+ level veterans has a hard time?
