Yes, it's easy to make fun about someone, of whom you have no clue. It always amused me, to see how the people who claim to know Viconia so well, have learnt her so well, so easily and obviously totally mislook Anomen. They just hear his couple of lines and that's it - he's a sucker and arrogant - which he in a way may be - and refuse to see past it. But then some twisted blonde girl comes along and they start "researching" her and in the end, claim to know so much? Bah..

this topic for example. It's somewhat lost in the load of other topics, but it's just few examples to you, "oh so well knowledgeable people". And no, I am no fan of Anomen. I am no fan of Jaheira/Aerie/Viconia/Keldorn/enter the name here either. I use all of them - yes, use - as much as is needed for me, once they lose their usefulness, I get rid of them. Those of them, of ANY NPC chars in the game, who can be further useful, I will keep with me. However, it always amuses me to no end to see many claim to know NPC's so well and yet make so obvious mistakes regarding others. Hopefully it's only something, which occurs in the game, as in RL such mistakes would whack back harder.
And as for Imoen female only romance, becaue 'Irenicus tortured her and "something more"' - Irenicus didn't give a damn about Imoen for "something more", so this is ridiculous. He may have been a twisted person, but he was no weirdo. He knew what he wanted, how to achieve it, everything else had little to no meaning for him. He had a VERY clear goal, VERY clear means, and he was devoted to that and that only. But then again, it's your time and you are entirely entitled to do whatever you want with it. To me personally this new 'romance' already sounds too weird, so I am not going to even try it, when it's out.
