Improved alacricity combined with time stop is THE killer in the game.
You can release 5 Abi dalzim's.If you have forseen for a sequencer with 3 LR then it is 100d8 damage in a 15 ft radius.
Hell if I was a sorcerer and had more 9th level slots I would use dragon's breath or commet but for us Necromancers Abi'Dalzim's is good enough!
