You literally become a fighter with 18+ str. weilding a +5 weapon at the grand mastery level with about 6 attacks per round! The weapon also has a chance to kill with each hit like a vorpal! Sliced, diced, or julianned, they will fall before you!

I don't recommend this strategy against other mages. The spell durations are pretty short and a few protection spells can ruin your effectiveness. It works great on large, tough, non-magical meanies like fire giants though!
