The most annoying thing about the ToB-version of the Cloak of Cheating is the annoying Spell Trap graphic. I spent a few hours tinkering with it in IEEP to try to get rid of it or even replace it, but the special effect is, well, special, it's not as easy as just removing an opcode. I don't think you can change the graphic but keep the effect using IEEP - you might need to do a bit of hex editing.
