Well, there are still a cap, but now its on 8000000 XP.
Here is what level they can get till:

Fighter: lvl 40
Paladin: lvl 34
Ranger: lvl 34
Barbarian: lvl 40
Cleric: lvl 40
Druid: lvl 31
Monk: lvl 40
Thief: lvl 40
Bard: lvl 40
Mage: lvl 31
Sorcerer: lvl 31
