Well, there is a Xp cap remover that allows all classes to go to level 40 safely. That is the safest one IIRC.
The following is just my style, others may choose differently.

1 Whirlwind
1 Power Attack
1 Critical Strike
1 Smite
Rest in Greater Whirlwinds
