[The Cold One]

I have just recently started up my very first mage character with asspirations of having some sort of a familiar by my side (it being a level one spell and all) much to my dismay I cannot seem to find the scroll anywhere. now i have never even noticed it before (it being only able to use by the protagonist and all) and I would really appriciate any help any of you might be able to offer me.
