As far as two handed weapons go, there is
psion sword+5 makes you immune to all psionic attacks by mindflayers
Gram the sword of grief+5 which when upgraded allows level draining,
And the staff of the ram when upgraded is +6 i belive and does huge amounts (+12?) of extra damage,knocks people back and of course you can get it in SoA. Its worth specialiseing in two handed weapons and staff for that alone.
