Don't fret; you can still sell your scalps to Thalantyr, and to the Bartender in Feldepost's, but for half the price that Vai was paying. Still, it's better than a stick in the eye.

She only leaves, if you clear the banditcamp AND sell all your scalps after that and then talk to her a second time. This is, when you get the rep-point. If you donīt sell all your scalps, she will stay and continue to buy. Only make sure, to have always at least one scalp.
