Ok I started ToB with a different game a few days ago and I just killed that one dude in the castle under seige, and I talked to that ghost type dude, but I forgot what he said, because it was a couple days ago, and basically how do I get out of the city?

I was talking to some people and they said holy water on the prison ghosts grave or something like that. Where is the grave? and again just how do I get the heck out of dodge?
