I went on my way to the Oasis, unprepared
for what I would find. I got slaughtered!!!!
I reloaded, and this time I redid all my spells,
and oh look I can memorize a ninth level spell
now. So I tried chain contingency. I loaded
Imoen and Nalia up with Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wilting,
Prismatic Spray and chain lightning (I think)
and set the contingency to go off when an enemy
is sighted and the closest enemy and BAM!!! I
killed the initial on rush of pikemen, battle
mages, archers and the like. Meanwhile my druid
was busy (as always) summoning Elemental princes
and Anomen was summoning a Deva my fighters were
going after those remarkably accurate archers.
Hee Hee, I think I'll be using chain contingency
a lot from now on.
