Nope. There may be more games with other plots, possibly using other game engines, but the Infinity Engine is now officially history - with the possible exception of a hack and slash IWD 2 (which will be about the same length as HoW).
Neverwinter Nights, using the 3D Aurora Engine, is the next big Bio project and if they do a really good job with the module creation tools it will revolutionize multiplayer and give players the opportunity for endless adventures in true D&D style.
