okok well i FINALLY beat draconis.... actually the fight was sorta' messed up because he was stuck up against the wall. i found the best thing to do is first cast confusion on draconis before he even starts speaking (in human form). this will confuse all the invisible stalkers and him. try to force him against a wall and when he dies his dragon form is so big that he'll be tied to the wall. he'll still be able to flap his wings but he won't be able to do physical damage. just peg him with arrows and use things like meteor storms and other big damage spells. lowering resistance works but it takes awhile...
