Heh heh heh... ... not sure if this a bug or intentional, but I discovered Foebane can be a very cheesy sword after you upgrade it, that is.
Upgraded Foebane has this property, it casts Larloch's Minor Drain with each hit, this means +4 to the wielder's Hp. Since I fooling around, I made Keldorn dual-wield Bastard Swords. He had 2 '*' in Bastard Swords, so it was just a matter of putting 3 '*' in Two Weapon Style.
Some will say I'm insane, Keldorn should be wielding the Holy Avenger, but I wanted to try other possibilities.

So Keldorn wielded the Upgraded Purifier, and Upgraded Foebane.
At max level, Keldorn has 170 Hp, however... ... because of the Foebane, we can push this to 250+, possibly 300 even.
How you ask?
With each hit, Keldorn gains 4 Hp, Larloch's Minor Drain lasts for one turn soooo... ...
With Greater Whirlwind, Keldorn gets 5 hits with Foebane, because of the Dual-Wield. That's 20 Hp. The great thing is, the spell is cumulative! The Hp bonuses stack!!!!

After one round, +20 Hp, two rounds, +40 Hp, and so forth, up till a theoretical max of +180 Hp after 9 rounds, because at the ten round, he loses the 20 Hp he gained in the first round.
Of course in practice, you will never reach the max, because it requires constant hitting and the fact you will lose Hp too...
It only adds to your max if you are full life, your base life that is, 170 in Keldorn's case.
... but getting 50-100 additional Hp is possible. The highest I got with Keldorn was 246, that's 76 Hp above his base max.
Here's a
screenshot where Keldorn has 222 Hp. LOL.
And this is with Dual-Wield! Imagine if you did this with Foebane only and Greater Whirlwind! +40 Hp per round!
