Spoilers, inclusive...
1. The codes you seek are secret01, 02, 03, or 04 to make the weapons for secret05 the suit.
2. I doubt Imoen would leave you, if you had her. She even has a funny dialog about being an evil arch-mage. (It is very funny). Artemis is not a char. that you have the option to join your party. (At least, I do not know the cheat command for him...)
3. I believe that the Eye of Tyr is needed for that sword. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.
