easy way to save your dialog.tlk file .
just copy the file then move it to another
place, like stick it in windows cookies file
then down load the patch into the main game file
after that go back to windows cookies open the
second dialog.tlk file right click on everything
inside at once hit cut then go to the game dialog.tlk
file open it, set the curser in it and hit paste then
hit yes to all and you get everything back including
the new patch.then go back to windows cookies and
delete the empty dialog.tlk file
