This is to advise that the final patch for ToB, available at www.bioware.com, will overwrite your current dialog.tlk file (which is where the descriptions of any of your custom items are stored) with a new one. Your custom items will still work, but will not have any descriptions. Make sure that you back up your custom items in TBG/IAP format before you install the ToB patch, then reimport them in using TeamBG's IEEP utility (available at www.teambg.com).
