I just ended the game. Apart from the different finals, I wonder how the love-story with other NPC (male or female) progressed and ended.
Mine was with Aerie, we eventually had a child and got married (mortal ending). It's a pity the ending made no mention of the taint of Bhaal of the child, given that once Imoen gave off her part, my character was claimed to be the last bhaalspawn.
