Where are these items? I would really like to make the Holy Avenger even better, and the Short Sword of Mask is Imoen's melee weapon, so I would like to find the Heart of the Damned to make that better...
I have been through every part of the game, and am on the final battle now, so I MUST have missed something...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
