You should have the staff of air which can open the first air door and the first slime door. Turn the fan onto high with the air staff, open the air door and the first slime door which will blow the slime towards the ice chamber. Walk into the slime chamber and you'll find the slime staff-you may have to kill something for it, once you've done that you can open the fist ice chamber door with the slime staff and they rest is straightforward.
Keeping looking for the staffs they are the key to the level-they may e called rods but it is obvious what you need.
