The white dragon scales you find on the floor of the watchers keep dungeon lvl 3. its in the room w/ some demons. I personally recomend waiting to do lvl 2 onward until youve gotten into the ToB areas. But thats just me. W/ ring of gaxx and earth elemental ctrl, it gives my stalker -10 AC. :-D
