My vote goes for Imoen. She has a pleasant personality with nice sense of humor and her thief' skills are enough for me. Also, she isn't a bad mage (of course, if you want a real wizard it would be Edwin).
Jan can be funny sometimes but I do not like him anyway. May be it is only my delusion but seems it takes far longer to detect a single trap for him than for Imoen or late Yoshimo...
