Yep. I believe that's pretty much what has been said.
I think, if you try the Planetar, you be pleased with its performance. However, if you're still not convinced, load one of your games, go find a summon Planetar scroll (that is if they exist – perhaps someone else could confirm or reject this), and take her for a spin.
