Asking if a Planetar or Diva is good is like asking if autoshotguns are good for close combat. In other words: yes
Their stats, not sure. But they are strong, powerful, and Divas (Planetars too, maybe) can cast some handy spells.
Fallen ones? Dunno bout those. I'm a goody goody.
