ToB seems to have more "interesting" speach from the NPC,
For me the best was from Imoan.
I was in a very bloody fight with the Fire Giants, Valygar was killed and most of my party members were near death. I was so busy healing, watching out for new enemies etc and the background music suited the grim situation. Then suddenly out of nowhere Imoan spoke her immortal lines.....

Aerie is no sissy anymore, In my party she stood up to sareavok's taunt pretty impressive.
