I'd have to disagree with you on Dynaheir. She is on some sort of quest (similar to Minsc's) in which she must prove her worth to her sisters from Rasheman. I find it hard to believe that she is trying to prove her worth to her other Bhaalspawn sisters by doing good deeds. Although she does have an innate slow poison ability, this doesn't make her a Bhaalspwan. Quayle has an innate invisibility spell, but there's nothing odd about that. I see where you're coming from on this, and I could be wrong, but I don't see any convincing evidence pointing to her being a Bhaalspawn.
edit: As to why she was in Baldur's Gate - well, she wasn't in Baldur's Gate. She was captured while on her quest with Minsc and brought to the Gnoll Stronghold. You could ask this question about the other NPCs: why is Tiax in Baldur's Gate? Why is Safana in Baldur's Gate?
And I believe Minsc mentions that their kidnappers surrounded Dynaheir and killed her. Nothing is mentioned about an attempt to remove her Bhaal essence.
