Yeah, after checking, it really is +4 for Grandmastery.

Rena has no access to Kai or its' ilk, so it would be very unreliable for me to use the IG's fists to test her damage.
All the damage tests for Rena were done with a plain unenchanted Dagger. I use it until I get all four damage possibilities, and calculated from there.
