As soon as the enemy moves he restarts his round, so he loses extra 1/2 apr, and if his weapon speed isn't good enough he may lose his attack all together. This turns tough melee opponents into pansies. Great against (non-spell casting) demons. Spectacular when stacked with slow and possibly greater malison.
Enchanted weapon is quite handy until you get a decent weapon for your tank. I'll use it if I have an extra spell slot. After D'Arnise or similar quests it is entirely useles.
Seems like Wizard Eye can do everything Farsight does and more.
Contagion well and truly sucks.
