Use this topic to help you with the install orders of the big mods. On the same forum (BP + BGT on Spellhold Studios), people have posted various examples of what they got to work. I go by the process:
1) BG2 + ToB + Patch
2) BG1 + TotSC + Patch
3) BD-Weidu
4) Big Mods (as described in the thread)
5) BGT
6) Various Weidu mods (usually older ones go first, but update all of them to the latest Weidu)
7) The miscellaneous mods that need to, for whatever reason, go later.
