As far as I know, Baldurdash-Weidu has all of the old Baldurdash and Game Text update, along with some other fixes. It will append to the dialogue.tlk and the files it fixes, but you can uninstall it like any other Weidu mod.
Switch, in the install order, the Weidu mods and the map mod, and it should work fine.
