Irenicus killed a clone of Dynaheir in front of Minsc. The real Dynaheir was kept in stasis( Otiluke's Resilent Sphere, Maze, or Imprisonment, take your pick) and CHARNAME( and Minsc) was blissfully unaware of this.
The Shadow Thieves( or the Cowled Wizards) discovered her while excavating the ruins of Jon Irenicus' laboratory, and viola... Dynaheir is up and hopping.
Things that support this.
..) We already know that Jon Irenicus has the ability to clone people.
..) Putting someone in stasis mode is no sweat for a Mage of JI's calibre.
..) You never actually had the time to turn over every nook and cranny of JI's Lab( especially since some parts are caved in).
And yes... you can do it for Khalid too. Oh the potential conflicts!
