I don't want to sound rude, but when you make a post such as this, you need to be extremely specific. Especially when reffering to a small side-quest, in which Baldur's Gate has plenty of. The more you tell us, the more we'll be able to help you.
Ummm... are you reffering to Tremain the Priest of Tymora, who's son (named Casson) was killed by the Bitch Queen Umberlee? Or maybe the Commonwoman, who's son ran away and she wants you to deliver an item to him? Sorry, I can't recall a Nobleman who asks you to retrieve his son for him. You need to fill in the blanks for us Medicina.
