I'm looking at playing a pure-melee tank for fun (ie. no spells, no multi or dual classing, no self buffing beyond rage like abilities, no using 100 scrolls and potions before each fight, just ready to kill tanking goodness).

That said, which of the three is better?

Barbarian? Generic Fighter? Berserker?

I would do Kensai or Wizardslayer, but both have large enquipment restrictions, and I want to use everything, since I want to get this character through SOA and TOB (I have Dungeon Be Gone to bypass my "Oh Gods, I have Infinite Restart Syndrome and the openning dungeon takes an hour to get through" problem")

Also, what weapons are good choices? I generally go dual wielding, though shields are nice.

Please, no "you have to do a FMT and cast these five spells before entering combat" replies [img]smile.gif[/img]
