Voila 22 strenght, 18 Dex, 18 Cha. Your wisdom and con are reasonable as minimum of ranger is reasonably up there (this overrights lowest possible score of elf to my knowledge). You only remain as dumb as a horse it's arse... good luck roleplaying...
