Now, I have absolutely NO idea how to manipulate these, but here are the two Global Variables that seem to matter for it.

VICONIAROMANCEACTIVE: Needs to be 1, even with no banters yet.

VICONIAROMANCE: Followed by a ton of numbers, none of which I know how to manipulate.

She does take quite awhile to talk. I'm on LT #4 or 5 with Jaheira, and she's only just had her first.
