I can't seam to reach Cloakwood. I know exactly where it is on the map. Do I have to do anything special to get Cloakwood to appear?

Normally you just have to walk out of the map in a neighbouring area to get the next area to appear, but that doesn’t work for me here.

PLEASE HELP!!!
