The only PC classes that Bodhi will reject are:
Pure Thief
Any class Dualed to Thief, with the original class not yet reactivated

The Thief stronghold has no bearing on whether or not Bodhi will accept you. you can get the Stronghold and then join Bodhi, but in doing so you will lose your Stronghold. You cannot join Bodhi and then gain the stronghold, as Renal and all his underlings will be Hostile to you.

Iron Greasel: Your SK job should do the trick, and will likely not cause any bugs. Keeping a backup Save never hurts, though.
